A Producer who will oversee the entire production and you will be walked through the entire filmmaking process by the producer. The producer will ensure the wedding is resourced with all the necessary state-of-the-art equipment to produce the best result possible. This means we attend your rehearsal and conduct a thorough pre-planning process; unlike others, we do not just turn up on the day and hope for the best!  A producer means that you don't need to become the overnight expert just so you can decide which production option to choose.

2 x Cinematographers are on your team as standard – to capture complete, beautiful and creative footage

Assistant Editor and a Main Editor - will work on your Wedding Movies in post-production.

We have endeavoured to make our Wedding Movies package described above thoroughly comprehensive.   The majority of our clients will be completely satisfied with all that is provided therein.  However there are some occasions where clients do want the choice to up-scale their Wedding Movie for an even more spectacular result. Again, these options are not commonly offered elsewhere and Wedding Movies are at the cutting edge to be able to offer these possibilities for your wedding:

Same-day Highlights Clip created to be shown at your reception

This is an impressive and exciting option both for yourself and your guests.  We commission an expert editor to be present on the day of your wedding to produce a highlights clip of footage shot just moments ago to be shown to your guests at your reception.  This will certainly make your wedding an event to remember as you see the day replayed on the big screen.

Extra cinematographers

Live-event director

With more than two cinematographers we recommend a live-event Director equipped with “Switching Equipment” who can also produce a live feed to event screens.

Specialist Lighting and Sound
Your event may also require specialist Lighting and Sound team members with Lighting and Sound Kits to really bring an amazing result to screen.

Edit Suite Time

Additional editing time will bring a further attention to detail polish to your finished product.

Creative filming equipment – Camera crane and Helicopter

Again depending on your venue you may consider camera cranes or a helicopter to film breathtaking aerial shots to be able to capture the true grandeur of your wedding day.

Wedding Movie Theatrical Premier

We can arrange an exclusive event to premier your Wedding Movie at a cinema theatre of distinction.  It can be a low-key private affair or you can make it a celebrity red carpet event to invite your A-List guest list to as a post wedding celebration!

1. Your Producer will conduct planning consultation meeting with you
2. Our thorough and well-thought through process of information collection will mean that your bridal party does not need to be disturbed on wedding day.
3. Our experience allows us to avoid what might otherwise be overlooked eg not having other bridal party members or suppliers contact numbers for emergencies. Bride and Groom should not need to be disturbed during their wedding day with concerns.
4. Your Producer will do a location reconnaissance
5. Your Producer will liaise with location managers, event managers and other wedding suppliers to ensure synergy is created for the success of the entire wedding day.
6. Your Producer will attend rehearsal (unless you prefer them not to).
7. Your Producer will conduct production team meetings throughout process of filming and editing a wedding. Eg pre wedding, post wedding, during post production, prior to delivery etc
8. Specific direction is given at pre-wedding team meeting to your Cinematographers
9. Your Producer will attend parts of the wedding day to ensure your Cinematographers are on track with their direction.
10. Direction will be given to you and your bridal party to ensure best footage is filmed.
11. Your Cinematographers will capture both essential footage as well as creative and innovative footage of details to provide best options to the editor.
12. Your Cinematographers will invite guests to provide vox pop on the day.
13. Lighting and sound considered throughout the day at each and every location, whether, extra lighting where required and as many microphones as required.
14. You will have access to whatever equipment that is required eg Jib, Stedicam, Slider/Dolley etc
15. In Post Production your Assistant Editor will prepare the footage from at least 2 cameras over your entire day by selecting usable sections and map out an overall timeline of your Wedding Movie.  This takes a full day.
16. Your Main Editor will then commence the complicated task of creating and crafting a moving story of your day into what will eventually become your Wedding Movie. Sound, pace, rhythm, musicality, voice bites, colour, filters are just some of the factors that need to be considered.  This takes at least a week.
17. Once editing is finished a tight quality control review is conducted by the Producer and changes are made in order to finish the Wedding Movie to our standards. 
18. The Wedding Movie then needs to be encoded and rendered - a time consuming computer task before being able to be finally outputted to a media of your choice.
