CHOOSING YOUR PACKAGE
STEP 1 - HOURS
To determine which package will suit you its best to work out how many hours you will need to cover your wedding.
For Example:
Preparations 1hr each + 30mins (Travel Time) = 2.5 hrs
Ceremony.................2:30pm
Reception end ........11:30pm
Start time.................12:00pm
End time..................11:30pm
TOTAL HOURS = 11.5 hours = Platinum Package

STEP 3 - CHOOSE A PACKAGE

Depending
on what you have chosen in steps 1 & 2 you
will either we able to choose one of the standard
packages; Classic, Premium, Platinum, &
Elite, OR you will choose the customise option in
which we will tailor a package to suit your exact
needs.
Here you have two options:
1. If you are happy with what you have seen and the information you have we can do a booking over the phone or go to our online meeting form and fill it out and we will contact you.
2. If you would like some further information, and/or to chat will us further about getting the package perfect for you, book in a time to meet with us. Appointments are available Monday – Friday during business hours, or if after hours suits you better various week nights and weekend appointments are also available.

STEP 5 - THE PAPERWORK & DEPOSIT
STEP 6 - WAIT FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY
STEP 11 - RECEIVE YOUR FINAL COPIES
Once
a package has been decided on, we will then give
you a contract to sign and a 1/3 deposit needs to
be paid. Once we have received these we can lock
in your wedding date.
STEP 7 - BALANCE & MUSIC
Before
your wedding day we will need you to fill out a
running sheet giving us all the information we
will need to be at the right places at the right
times on the day. We also ask that the remaining
2/3 of your balance be paid before the wedding
day. We have a number of different payment
options that we can discuss with you.
STEP 8 - FILMING YOUR WEDDING
On
the day of your wedding we will come at the times
arranged and film your preparations, ceremony,
all photo locations & your reception.
Capturing all the fun and excitement of the day,
while not getting in your way or the way of your
bridal party, family and friends.
STEP 9 - EDITING
Once
your wedding has been filmed and we have received
your music and full balance we will begin to edit
your wedding. This process can take up to 3
months depending on the time of year.
This may sound like a long time but we have to make sure we put in the same effort and time for every wedding so we wont rush it.

STEP 10 - PREVIEW YOUR WEDDING
Once
our editors have completed the editing of your
wedding movie a copy will be sent to you for you
to have a look at and check.
Please note: Any technical problems will be fixed for no extra charge but major editing changes may incur an extra charge.
